How it works:
- At least 1/3 of each meal should be super free foods
- You can eat unlimitied ‘free’foods
- Everyday you can have a portion of bread/cereal, and a portion of milk or cheese.
- You can have a few treats or foods not listed under free, and these have ‘syn’ values. Have up to 10 ‘syns’ a day.
