Begin the slim..

How it works:

  • At least 1/3 of each meal should be super free foods
  • You can eat unlimitied ‘free’foods
  • Everyday you can have a portion of bread/cereal, and a portion of milk or cheese.
  • You can have a few treats or foods not listed under free, and these have ‘syn’ values. Have up to 10 ‘syns’ a day.
