Monday… let it begin! Back on track, today 100% to plan!!

Breakfast: free yogurt and banana

Lunch: smoked salmon salad with beetroot, and crab sticks. 1 tblspn light mayo (2)

Dinner: left over pasta and meatballs, grated low fat cheese (heA) and a mullerlight…


Snacks:  1 pack of quavers (5) and a kitkat (5) 

No heB but still not over with syns!! Yes!!!!!!
