Spaghetti and Meatball bolognese

I cooked together chopped mushrooms, peppers, onion, garlic and carrots with 2 tins of chopped tomatoes.

Meanwhile I mixed low fat beef mince with low fat pork mince, a teaspoon of smash, chopped onion and and egg.

Making small balls, these were placed on a baking tray, sprayed with frylite and cooked for 30 minutes in a hot oven. 

Once the sauce mix was cooked, I blended it a little to make it smoother and to hide the vergetable lumps from my veggiephobe husband.

The meatballs were then dropped into the sauce mix, the spaghetti cooked and mixed in.. 

With a spot of grated cheese, a veg filled meal!!!
