Definitely feeling a little lighter today.. and still loving my food… I love eating so much!!!
Breakfast: 4 x ryvita with banana, natural Greek yogurt and red berries (loving giving up bread as much as possible)
And for lunch, the Stilton and broccoli tortilla
And for dinner: a large plate of chips with mushy peas and whilst visiting my (very generous) granddaughters who were quite happy feeding their nana their dinners too (gorgeous fake away KFC) I will make this very soon…
