Well today I thought the breakfast Photo should go first as it’s bright and cheerful, just what we need on a Monday!!
Breakfast was just fruit and natural yogurt,
Lunch: Cheesy (heA) egg and onion mash muffins
Chicken stirfry x ? When does a stirfry become a chow mien??? Used a chow mien Amoy sauce between 4 meals.. (maximum 2 syns pp)
Had a free yogurt, a kitkat (5) and coffee and think that’s about it!! Alas, no heB, must not forget tomorrow!!!
