Day 23

Day 23 has been a day of lots of fish, however hubby feeling as though he is overdosing on vegetables!!

Breakfast: porridge, fruit and natural yogurt (heB) but much too bitter- will use mullerlight next time 

Lunch: Smoked salmon salad with a splash of horseradish salad cream (2) and treacle mullerlight

Dinner: Mediterranean cod, new potatoes and green beans, glass of wine (5) (huh, on a school night tut tut) ooh and a handful of black olives (2) ouch!! 

Snacks: coffee and kit Kat (5) and some Mini Kallo dark chocolate rice cakes (5) 

Okay, so a little early but muchly happy with my food today. I’m a Happy chappie!!!
