Day 15

I’m on it! 100% Today I had training and hot and cold food was served, and I sat and ate my smoked salmon salad, satsuma and yogurt! I even turned down the cakes and cookies that were served with coffe break!! Willpower!!

So today I can proudly say I’ve eaten:

Breakfast: melon

Lunch: smoked salmon, crab sticks, salad, cottage cheese and a squirt of Pesto may (1), drank ‘rank’ black coffee al day but did have a vile cappuccino as thought it may be better than the black coffee ( it wasn’t) so will say (2) 

Dinner: portion of SW lasagne portion, yogurt

Snacks: coffee and curly wurly!!!!
