Day 5

Cola gammon

I’m a cooking like a good un’, last night I made Cola gammon and today a butternut, sweet potato and chilli soup for lunch which was hot 🌶🌶🌶but very tasty. Really loving my food and appear to be eating way more than I would if not slimming. 

So today I’ve had:
Breakfast: overnight oats with grapes, frozen fruit and fat free yogurt

Lunch: soup with 3 ryvita crackers (3)

Dinner: mash with leeks, honey glazed cola gammon (1), onions and carrots, and baked beans

Snack: G&T (2.5) pack of maltezers (9) 

Overnight oats with yogurt and fresh/frozen fruit
