Well still very focussed and I know I shouldn’t but have popped on the scales and it is looking like a couple of pounds down already, eeek fingers crossed!!
Breakfast: Made breakfast of overnight oats (heB) but packed them in my pack up as on training today so coffee, coffee and lots of energy!! ☕️☕️
Lunch: I had more of the delicious Pesto pasta and steamed veg, followed by melon.
Dinner: had my overnight oats ( oats, frozen fruit and mullerlight yogurt), a pack of ww popcorn (5), a G&T (2.5), and a milky coffee (1 as heA was in the Pesto) with chilled and broken into little pieces Curly Wurly (6)
