- 2 Garlic cloves
- 40g basil leaves
- 30g Parmesan cheese finely grated.
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 80g fat free natural fromage frais/ quark
Roughly chop the garlic cloves and whizz in a food processor with 40g of basil leaves until you have a course texture. Finely grate 30g parmesan. Add this to the processor with the lemon zest and 80g fat free natural fromage frais. Whizz until you get the texture you like seasoning with black pepper to taste.
You can use the parmesan as a healthy A, syns or leave out its totally up to you but I think it is best added..
