Breakfast: melon and banana
Lunch: smoked salmon salad with tuna, lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and a little horseradish mayo (2)
Snack: apple and a brown warbartons flat square thing with smoked salmon and low fat cream cheese ( gorgeous)
Dinner: 1 poppadom, sone curried paneer and veg sizzle dish, and a small paneer curry and few spoonfuls of rice, 1 black currant cordial and soda!!
Back on track tomorrow but have definitely made a start and survived the curry!!
