Day 2 and I’m getting in the slim zone.. 

Ham and egg salad
Pasta with home made pesto and spinach

 

Day 2 it may only be.. but I’m really motivated and thoroughly loving preparing my veggies.. and nearly 10k steps..

Today I have had:

Breakfast: Melon and overnight oats (heB) (oats, thawed frozen fruit and rhubarb yogurt) but had these mid afternoon

Lunch: Ham and egg salad ( with spinach, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes) 1 low fat mayo with mustard (1)

Dinner: Pasta with home made pesto with chopped spinach (heA for the parmesan) oh my delicious… and a pack of steamed veg ( what’s a little more veg ha ha)

snacks: kit Kat (5)

Loving it at the moment!!
