Creamy bacon and spinach pasta recipe

A lovely dish if following the slimming world diet. I made mine in the PKP (pressure king pro) but could easily be done on the job. Made from all the left overs in my fridge and was still good the next day too. 

1. Fry onions, peppers, and bacon for 3-5 mins. Add spinach, tinned toms, stock and a little water (50mls) and cook until it looks sauce like. 

2. When cooked, add pasta and cook for a further 3 mins in the PKP (obviously longer on the hob). You want the pasta still firm but cooked.

 3. Stir in any soft cheese or quark you may have to make sauce extra creamy ( I used light philadelphia cheese and 2 cheese triangles.
